Claretian Alumni Association Announces Special Palm Sunday Event

On March 20, 2016, the Claretian Alumni Association is sponsoring a special Palm Sunday presentation by Gregorio Luke on Jesus: His Life in Art at Dominguez Seminary in Rancho Dominguez, California.

Mr. Luke is an eloquent and spontaneous speaker who combines personal experiences with historic facts and scholarly research to present a dynamic program and explore a vast array of cultural topics using iconic visual imagery, sound, and performance. His use of multi-media and multi-discipline methodologies gains the listeners’ attention and brings his subject alive with sensory experiences. His words energize and motivate the listener to learn more, to read, and to visit museums with renewed interest.

The presentation will begin in the chapel at 6 pm with a social before and after the talk. Hilda Solis, a member of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, is an invited guest. Admission is $50 per person and is limited to 100 people. Make checks payable to “Claretian Missionaries.”
